Then apply what you've learned at our many field trips and photo ops including a Cruise on the La Crosse Queen, a ride into the refuge backwaters on the Mississippi Explorer, a trip to Norskedalen, our Norwegian heritage site, and much more. - See Refuge Backwaters on the Mississippi Explorer
- Tour by coach to Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Norskedalen Norwegian Heritage Settlement, and Grandad Bluff overlooking La Crosse. The coach tour includes lunch at Culina Mariana, the award winning restaurant at the Shrine.
Sunday, 9/19
- Enjoy a morning nature walk through the La Crosse River Marsh Trails from Myrick Hixon Eco-park
